From the Blue Nile menu: "This is the Nile's creation for chicken lovers. Tender chicken strips, pan-fried and simmered in our natural sauce, served with rice, fresh salad, mixed vegetables and injera (Ethiopian bread). "
This was my first time having Ethiopian food. The injera is used to pickup the meal so no utensils were provided.
